We accept limited advertising

We now accept limited advertising to run on this website.

We do want to avoid having advertising, which many people view as annoying, take over this site. However, we do want to make available to people the opportunity to direct attention to what they are doing.

We will make available ads like the one pictured on the right. The size is 200 pixels by 200 pixels. You can choose from five preset colors. Available are blue, black, red, yellow and white. Font color is white on black, blue and red. It is red on yellow, and black on white.

The pictured ad will run on our four most hit pages as well as on a randomly selected number of other pages for one full month for a cost of only $10.00 There is also a $5.00 charge for creating the ad. This fee is waived if you can provide a 200 x 200 digital ad of your own creation.

This is a Christian website, of course, but your ad does not have to be "religious" in its design or purpose. You can advertise anything you want to within the guidelines we have set. Basically, as long as your ad is consistent with conservative Christian values, the ad will be accepted.

A link to your website can be included for no extra charge. The entire ad is the link.

Our website is small, and the number of hits is limited. However, the number of hits has been steadily increasing since the middle of 2008. Freeservers, our web host, has recorded as high as 650 hits in one calendar month. This is consistent with our own records. The number of people represented by those hits is also increasing. The chart below is from Quantcast, a website rating service. The chart is updated frequently.
GUIDELINES
 We will not accept ads for alcohol, drugs (including legal drugs), political ideas or parties, non-evangelical churches or ministries, television programs or movies (accept those acceptable to a conservative Christian audience), abortion services, and anything else that is not acceptable to our conservative positions. We will not accept ads that contain words we regard as innappropriate.

We reserve the right to reject any ad for any reason we deem necessary to preserve the integrity and testimony of this website. The decision is solely ours and is final.
FEES
 $10.00 for one calendar month on our four most popular pages: Index, Almost Heaven, Ron's Photos From World War II, and A Family Hero, plus at least ten other pages on our site. All ad runs will begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day.

$5.00 to prepare your ad using one of our five preset templates.
We do not guarantee results of any kind by placing ads on our site. This is simply a way to give our visitors increased exposure for their message. We think this might be especially effective in increasing traffic to advertiser's websites, and for making announcements of coming events or for announcing significant changes in one's life, such as marriage, or the birth of a baby. Personal messages are accepted as long as they meet our guidelines.
