MY CHILDREN WHEN THEY WERE CHILDREN is a photograph album about our three daughters when they were children growing up in our home in Oglesby, Illinois.

Jack, who was married to Tom's sister Diane until his death a few years ago, brought a little dog named Pal to Tom when both Tom and the puppy were very young. The dog is not visible in the picture, but Tom is patting it in the back doorway of the family home in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The picture was taken c. 1948.
